With a professional career that combines legal practice with business leadership, Peter Capitain completed his law studies in Spain in 1992 and was admitted to the Málaga Bar Association in the same year. For six years he worked as a lawyer at the law firm Dr. Frühbeck Abogados before moving into leadership roles in the private sector.
From 1998 to 2016 he served as Managing Director of Güpa Technik España S.L., followed by his role as Managing Director of bdp Mechanical Components España S.L. until 2020. Since 2021 he has been working as a consultant and lawyer (Abogado) at bdp Spain, advising both individuals and companies.
His areas of expertise include real estate law, inheritance law and estate planning, tax advisory services and company formation in Spain. With a practical and client-focused approach he assists international clients with investments, relocation and business activities in Spain.
He speaks German, Spanish and English fluently, offering truly multilingual and tailored services for his international clientele.
